            Supervise electrical construction activities across multiple projects and contractors 
Coordinate commissioning, energisation, handover, and SIMOPS activities 
Manage isolation requirements and support HV switching activities 
Conduct punch list walk-downs and field leadership activities 
Review and interpret project drawings, inspection records, and test documentation 
Liaise with Superintendents, commissioning teams, contractors, site personnel, and stakeholders 
Ensure contractors deliver works safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements 
Support completions, inspection, testing, and commissioning processes 
Ensure compliance with BMS obligations, site procedures, and safety standards 
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all works comply with company policies and procedures 
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
