Salary: £15-£16 per hour

Bonus: £500 Joining Bonus
Shifts: 3 or 4 Shifts a week at 12hr per shift

We are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to lead and support a dedicated care team within a residential or nursing home environment. This is a key leadership role where you will ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered, while guiding, mentoring, and supporting care staff on shift.

You will play a vital role in maintaining safe, effective, and compassionate care, while helping to develop a motivated and high-performing team.
