**Job Description**

The **EHS Sr. Manager** is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance of all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at the El Paso site, including the sterilization unit, in alignment with BD standards and local, state, and federal regulations.

This role develops and implements policies and procedures that support employee health, safety, and corporate objectives, while overseeing wellness programs.
