Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable state safety requirements
  • Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace audits, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses throughout the facility
  • Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Track, document, and follow up on safety-related corrective actions to ensure completion
  • Provide safety training on topics such as PPE, machine safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), hazard communication, and emergency procedures
  • Promote and monitor proper PPE usage throughout the facility
  • Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, training documentation, SDS files, and other required EH&S records
  • Support workers’ compensation reporting and injury case management processes
