As an EHS Specialist, you will be a key partner to our
manufacturing teams, responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture and
ensuring environmental compliance. You will provide daily, hands-on support and
guidance, collaborating with employees, contractors, and leadership to identify
risks and implement effective EHS solutions in a dynamic industrial setting.
Your primary focus will be the development, implementation, and continuous
improvement of EHS programs. This includes conducting risk assessments, leading
incident investigations, and ensuring all operations align with federal and
state regulations (such as OSHA, EPA) and international standards (ISO
14001/45001). You will be instrumental in analyzing process changes to prevent
