EHS Specialist – LATAM

We are seeking a passionate and experienced EHS professional to support and elevate our environmental, health, safety, and well‑being programs across LATAM sites. This role is key to driving compliance, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring alignment with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Share EHS&W best practices and lessons learned across regional sites.
• Align site-level EHS&W objectives with corporate goals and priorities.
• Lead and support investigations of reportable and potentially serious incidents (pSIF), ensuring root causes are addressed.
• Champion risk assessment methodologies and support corrective actions from audits and inspections.
• Promote behavioral safety and drive cultural improvements across the region.
