Description
A growing industrial organization is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at a key operating site. This role will partner closely with leadership to ensure compliance, strengthen safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across operations.


Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures

+ Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations

+ Partner with site leadership to support day-to-day safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture

+ Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions
