The Department of Design and Construction's (DDC) Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) is seeking an Investigator to assist with EEO investigations, employee requests, counseling and compliance. The selected candidate will conduct interviews, as well as preliminary and fact-finding investigations. They will perform outreach, research, surveillance and utilize standard interview and investigative procedures to help address workplace concerns. The selected candidate will meet with staff to determine needs and objectives. They will prepare reports, analyze data, conduct surveys and audits and perform quantitative analysis.
