The Education & University Specialist Europe is responsible for the structured execution coordination of university programs and Key Expert activities across Europe. This role ensures smooth internal alignment, documentation, process tracking, and logistical coordination of education initiatives. Acts as operational point of contact for Key Experts for all logistical, contracting and documentation matters.

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in program coordination, education operations, or healthcare project management
• Experience with Contracts Monday.com, Cvent and I buy & Filestage are a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Problem solving mentality
