Ecommerce Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Location: Pasig (up to 100k)

Description

In the footwear and fashion retail industry, this role handles the online fulfillment of orders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day‑to‑day fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order picking and packing, staff scheduling, and shipping logistics to ensure speed and accuracy.
• Optimize workflows, implement Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and maintain safety standards for on‑time delivery.
• Manage 2–3 direct reports and a team of 15 packers.
• Report directly to the owner – Supply Chain Head.

Qualifications

• Must come from a top fulfillment center.
