Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Website & D2C Operations

• Manage daily operations of the Shopify website and backend
• Ensure products, collections, banners, and pricing are updated regularly
• Coordinate order processing, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatches and deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory updates
