This role is a maternity cover for approximately 12 months. The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the day-to-day trading, optimisation and performance of Susanne Kaufmann’s B2C ecommerce platforms, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and strong commercial outcomes across core markets. The focus is on hands‑on trading, performance optimisation and cross‑functional delivery, working closely with Marketing, CRM, Copy and Product teams under the direction of the Ecommerce Director.
