Leading South African fashion and apparel retailer is seeking an ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT to join their team in Joburg. This is a great opportunity to get exposure in a fast-paced retail environment and grow within ecommerce. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible assisting the Ecommerce Manager and team with answering customer enquiries and answering the phone in a professional, upbeat manner. The person will be required to get to know the products very well so that they can answer customer queries via email and over the phone. Further assisting with regards to operations; dealing with couriers/suppliers and placing orders.
