Role Overview
The ECOM Supervisor leads the development, management, and growth of OSH’s e‑commerce channel, overseeing both strategy and execution. The role ensures strong platform performance, drives channel expansion, and builds partnerships to establish e‑commerce as a key business pillar.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end operations across all platforms, including storefront management, backend processes, order handling and fulfillment coordination.
- Ensure consistent, timely, and brand‑aligned customer servicing across all platforms. Establish response standards, monitor performance and improve customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Identify, open and grow new e‑commerce channels such as marketplaces, aggregators, distributors and modern trade e‑commerce.
- Manage relationships with platform partners, distributors and key accounts to ensure strong performance and collaboration.
