About the Role

This position is responsible for Product Activation and Existing Customer Management (ECM) to bridge product management and ECM in our insurance operations. The hybrid role focuses on driving the successful production activation while leveraging ECM ecosystem to uplift the productivity of Active Agents. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of ECM capabilities into product lifecycles to enhance customer and agent activation rates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead agency product activation strategies for insurance offerings, including customer onboarding, policy issuance and pot-sale engagement to maximize upselling opportunities and customer retention.
