AKA has been supporting tamariki and whānau across Tāmaki Makaurau since 1908. Today, our network of 112 kindergartens and centres delivers inclusive, high-quality early childhood education grounded in Te Whāriki and guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

We are proudly bicultural, with tamariki and their whānau at the heart of everything we do. Our focus is on creating environments where children grow as confident, competent, and curious learners.
