Role Overview The Early Years Educator provides a safe, nurturing and engaging environment that supports children’s well-being, learning and holistic development through responsive caregiving, purposeful play and consistent routines.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate experiences through play, sensory exploration, music, movement, stories and outdoor activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly lesson plans based on the curriculum objectives, children’s interests, developmental needs and observations.
- Prepare suitable learning materials and organise inviting learning environments.
- Observe children’s engagement and development during activities and daily routines.
