This role is for sharp, driven new grads who don’t want to wait years to own meaningful work. You may not have decades of experience, but you’ve probably built side projects, started a community, run a meme page, or taught yourself things you couldn’t learn in class. You’re not here to do what everyone else is doing — you're here to move fast, learn everything, and leave a mark.
