Community based - supporting children who have high and very high and complex learning support needs and their whānau/families
Working alongside kaiako to support inclusion
Support successful transitions to school
Support whānau/families to get early information, resources and support so that disabled children get the best start in life.
Working as part of a transdisciplinary team with other specialists from agencies such as Child Development services, BLENNZ, Ko Taku Reo and Ministry of Education
About you:

A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood).
A post-graduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching: Early Intervention or the ability to attain this within four years of beginning in the position.
