Your new role

As an Early Interventions Specialist, you’ll manage lower-level arrears cases and carry out key administrative tasks to support ie collection. This is a proactive, customer‑focused role centred on early contact, negotiation, and helping customers get back on track with their rent.You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, use technology to prioritise cases, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve the best oues.
