  • The E-Commerce Operation Manager is the guardian of the end-to-end operational lifecycle, ensuring that every digital sale is backed by physical availability and flawless data synchronization. This role moves beyond more supervision into strategic orchestration, optimizing the flow between L'Oréal DCs and Platform DCs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) while safeguarding The stock through rigorous reconciliation.
  • Strategic thinker with a ground-level operational grip, highly analytical, a relentless problem solver, and a proactive communicator who can influence both platform partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end integration of replenishment and reconciliation to ensure 100% stock availability especially for mega-campaigns (11.11, 12.12, etc.).
