E-Commerce Specialist (Remote)

And we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process)
• Coordinate shipping logistics – get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers
• Manage inventory lifecycle – receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery
• Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects
• Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving
• Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify
