This is a hands‑on role where you’ll optimise the customer journey, drive conversion, and maximise basket value while collaborating across multiple teams to grow your category.

About You

• Commercially driven, with experience in a product‑focused eCommerce role, ideally within retail.
• Confident using GA4 and other analytical tools to interpret data and make commercial decisions.
• Strong product knowledge, able to use insight and experience to improve the customer journey and highlight product benefits.
