This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and capable Duty Shift Manager (DSM) to lead a team of security officers at one of the leading business parks in Europe. The site encompasses 12 office buildings located around a lake and gardens with up to 9, 0000 people and 70 companies working on site. The management ethos is centred around delivering 5‑star customer service and the site also hosts regular small scale entertainment and sports events. The park is open to the public all year and has a small number of shops, cafes and bars on site.
