About the Role

• Effective leadership and management of resources after hours.
• Support CNMs and leadership teams during hours.
• Coordinate patient flow internally and externally.
• Provide guidance and expertise to clinical staff across Nursing, Allied and Medical groups as needed.
• Offer advice from the rural health team in critical situations.
• Work across a rotating roster including weekends and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Staff management experience.
• High‑level understanding of CCDM/TrendCare and variance response management.
• Strong knowledge of admission pathways and after‑hours services.
• Leadership and management experience desirable.
