Qualifications:

  • Matric/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience;
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage and banqueting environment;
  • Club Experience advantageous;
  • Good computer skills (MS OFFICE) and other presentation packages;
  • Knowledge of Jonas Club Management Software;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to multitask under pressure;
  • Driver's licence with own transport.

  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and group communication skills;
  • Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player;
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
