Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations as a licensed duty manager.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
- Manage finances, maintain accurate records, and uphold high service quality.
- Supervise team members, keep them present and supported during shifts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Current Duty Manager's License.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities.
- Energetic, motivated, and ready to contribute to a close‑knit crew.
Front of House Team Member
