Description:What will you do? 
Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records
Perform technical troubleshooting with customers
Support customer orders by providing relevant information
Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
Build strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell 

Requirements:Candidate profile
Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1)
Willingness to work in Lisbon, Portugal
EU citizenship or valid Work VISA
Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
