The Driver/Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the safe transit of the Academy’s passengers or Documents/goods to and from their designated destinations
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Transport officers to and from official functionsTransport students to and from GAAS eventsDeliver packages to recipients promptlyPick up office purchases or other administrative needsUtilize navigation apps to find the most optimal routeMaintain a travel log to record wort hours, mileage, and repair recordsCollect and deliver mail and other communications as directedEnsure permits, licenses, and vehicle insurance are renewedPerform routine maintenance of the vehicle(s), such as monitoring fluid levels and arranging for periodicMaintain the assigned vehicle(s) and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean always and fully equipped.Manage fuel cons...
