Key Responsibilities
Deliver and collect rental vehicles to/from clients, hotels, airports, and other locations
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after handover (check for damages, fuel levels, cleanliness)
Complete all required documentation accurately (delivery notes, inspection reports, mileage logs)
Provide a professional handover to clients, explaining vehicle features where necessary
Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and meet company standards before delivery
Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately
Assist with vehicle movements
Adhere to all road traffic laws and company policies
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements
Valid South African driver’s licence (Code B or higher)
Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
Minimum 2–3 years’ driving experience (car hire or logistics environment preferred)
Good knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas
