Novalis Trust has had an exciting opportunity arise for a Drama Teacher. The role is working across both our schools at Cotswold Chine School (Minchinhampton) and William Morris School, (Eastington) for both ECTs and suitably qualified experienced teachers.

We are a supportive team who welcome teachers from all backgrounds and levels of experience looking to develop a career in special educational needs teaching. We specialise in trauma-informed, attachment-focused relationship based, therapeutic approach to teaching. Our schools provide a nurturing environment for teachers to develop their existing experience or build on their teacher training as an ECT.
