Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD Interpret technical drawings for drafting and quantity take-offs Perform quantity measurements and prepare BOQs Assist in cost estimation, quotations, and tender documentation Support basic technical calculations and project coordination Manage drawing submissions, revisions, and documentation Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, QS, Drafting, or related field Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) Able to read technical/construction drawings Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation Strong attention to detail with good coordination skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred
Experience in construction/engineering projects Familiar with tender and contract documentation Background in drafting and QS coordination Experience with SCDF cold room or building projects Working Hours / Location
