The Dual Rate Security Supervisor role consists of the primary position of Security Officer/Officer II and the secondary position of Security Supervisor. In the primary position of Security Officer/Officer II, they are responsible for executing security duties on an assigned shift, adequately protecting the life and property of guests, team members and Seneca Gaming Corporation property while maintaining guest service that meets the expectations of the Seneca Gaming Corporation. In the secondary position of Security Supervisor, they are responsible for supervising those in the position of Security Ambassador and Security Officer/Officer II and ensuring that they are meeting all expectations in regards to guest service, compliance, safety, etc. and providing on-the-job work direction to assigned personnel. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
