DPE Engineer

molex is seeking an experienced DPE Engineer, mainly focus on the technology gap that is not required for the development of new products, and integrate the resources of each unit to develop the technology gaps required for key new products.

From sample introduction, development and application of new equipment/technology/materials/manufacturing processes to mass production introduction of new products.

主要關注重點開發新產品所需未有之技術, 整合各單位資源開發重點新產品所需技術缺口.

從樣品引進、新設備/技術/材料/製造流程的開發和應用，到新產品的大量生產引進。.

What You Will Do (Job Description)

· 建立並發展新產品技術能力和專業知識

負責核實新產品導入關鍵物料編號相關流程的狀態，對樣品生產數據進行統計數據分析，並收集物料特性數據，根據統計分析結果制定技術差距的改進計劃，並在達到改進目標後將其導入生產。
