DOT Supervisor and Driver
Position Overview
The DOT Supervisor and Driver oversees compliance and operations for all DOT-regulated employees-including CDL holders and non-CDL DOT-regulated drivers-while performing driving duties as needed and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment. This role ensures that all Department of Transportation (DOT) programs are effectively managed and that operations remain compliant with federal and state regulations.
The supervisor provides strong leadership across both administrative and operational functions, serving as a liaison between team members and management, coordinating daily operations, and supporting long-term equipment reliability and team development. Key areas of focus include full DOT compliance with accurate, up-to-date documentation; clear and efficient supervision of team members; and a strong emphasis on safety.
