The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Donations & Database Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month contract (likely to be made permanent).

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing donations, maintaining CRM data integrity, and delivering outstanding supporter care. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process donations end-to-end (sorting, coding, importing, banking and receipting) across multiple payment channels
• Provide high-quality supporter care via phone, email and written correspondence 
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries efficiently
