Domestic Couple
on behalf of one of our clients to oversee the full management and maintenance of a high-end private residence of approximately 2,000 sqm, located in
Madrid .
This position is suited to a reliable, autonomous, and well‑organised couple capable of maintaining high standards and ensuring the smooth running of the property year‑round.
Responsibilities
General upkeep and interior maintenance of the residence (housekeeping, organisation, presentation).
Monitoring of installations and basic maintenance.
Supervision of the gardener and external contractors.
Gradual takeover of tasks currently outsourced.
Management of household supplies and general logistics.
Anticipation of the residence’s needs and preparation ahead of the owners’ stays.
