Job Description

Job Summary: Leads and oversees the documentation team responsible for processing deployment requirements of skilled workers in compliance with DMW and foreign principal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field
• Extensive experience in documentation processing for international deployment (DMW background required)
• Strong knowledge of DMW requirements, POEA documentation standards, visa processing, and compliance procedures
• Experience managing documentation teams and workflow systems
• Strong quality control, audit, and process improvement skills
• Able to coordinate with foreign principals, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented and deadline-driven
