Manage and maintain all project documentation, including engineering drawings, RFIs, technical queries, material submissions, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
Ensure proper document registration, distribution, filing, version control, and traceability in accordance with project requirements.
Maintain document control systems, databases, logs, and approval tracking records.
Coordinate document submissions and monitor review/approval status with consultants, PMC, and clients.
Distribute approved and commented documents to relevant project stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
Support communication between project teams, consultants, and external parties by facilitating document coordination and language translation when required.
Prepare and maintain bilingual/trilingual document lists, meeting minutes, and approval records.
