REPORTS TO:Dockmaster
POSITION PURPOSE: The Dockhand may be the first person our guests interact with when arriving to the marina. It is important that they deliver superior marina experience to all our guests. Dockhands assist the Dockmaster and other Dockhands in all duties related to the marina. Doing so while being friendly, positive and accommodating, they also keep the area clean, safe, and well maintained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist customers and guests with general boating needs per the direction of the Dockmaster including but not limited to securing boats to docks, black water pump out, waste disposal, and general facility sanitation
