The Compliance Officer is responsible for assisting the Group Risk and Compliance Officer with the oversight function of the Group’s compliance with government laws and regulations and assisting with risk management at a Group level. Duties include assisting with the coordination with Group management to identify potential risks; assisting to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, while assisting to mitigate and manage business risks (overseeing the Group Risk Framework and register process); and helping to monitor the Group’s adherence to those policies and procedures.
