Responsibilities You will serve as a DISTRICT TOWING VSL PRGM SPEC and be responsible for coordinating all Towing Vessel Inspection Program Activities in the District's twenty-six state area of responsibility. You will be responsible to the Chief of Prevention to ensure that the program is carried out in accordance with the Headquarters, Area and District directives.
