Job Summary:
Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 + bonus
The District Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing profitable growth across all district locations. This includes developing and mentoring all sales and operations personnel, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, and retaining all branch employees.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Sales Management: Managing Sales – Primary responsibility is the management of profitable growth of IDI sales across all district branches, responsible for topline & bottom-line growth of all locations
Retention of current customers; develop new customers while continuing to grow profitably and delivering great customer service. Each DSM must have a direct relationship with the top 20 customers in each market
