About the Role

As a Registered Nurse – District Nursing, you will provide high quality, patient‑centred care to people in their homes and community settings. You will undertake comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and deliver a wide range of nursing interventions to support patients with acute and long‑term conditions.
