The Purpose of this role is to drive performance across multiple store location, ensure alignment with sales goal’s, operational standards, and visual merchandising guidelines. This role is crucial for managing, developing and empowering stores teams, optimizing store operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience, ultimately achieving district wide success and profitability.

+ Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to foster a high-performance inclusive culture.

+ Responsible for people development at growth at all levels of location. Including working with the Store Manager on development plans.
