an experienced, strategic leader to join theOffice of the Group Director Operations as District Efficiency Improvement
Reporting & Development Lead. This is a pivotal role focused on driving
efficiency, strengthening performance frameworks, and building sustainable
capability across Waitaha Canterbury.

This position plays a key role in enabling Hospital and
Specialist Services to deliver improved operational and financial performance,
supporting better outcomes for our communities.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the establishment and delivery
of the District Efficiency Improvement Programme (EIP). You will provide clear,
high-quality reporting and practical, hands-on support to Hospital and
Specialist Services, enabling them to deliver measurable and sustainable
efficiency improvements.
