Provide overall General Trade (GT) business direction to their Distributor and implement the GT channel objectives and strategies based on the OGSM (Organization, Goals , Strategies & Measures)
To manage, develop, coach, and motivate the GT Sales Team to develop their functional skills and leadership competencies and ensure that General Trade In-Market Sales are delivered and to develop future leaders in the organization.
Leverage on in-depth understanding of retailer dynamics, shopper/consumer knowledge, merchandising opportunities, retailer promotion/events opportunities, RTM and Financial Acumen to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
Manages a team of 5 direct reports and 12 indirect reports
