Purpose of the Job We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Distribution Clerk
to join our Production Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking, scanning, packing, and dispatching materials to allocated branches, ensuring that all products are accurately documented and distributed in accordance with G+D’s operational and customer standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate distribution stock records on the ERP system (Sage).
Prepare and process delivery and dispatch documentation, including Picking Lists and Waybills.
Pick cards from the Vault according to the picking list and verify orders against picking slips.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods and that all outgoing items are properly packed and match the Waybill.
Capture picked items on the ERP system (Sage).
Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and file documentation on the shared drive before 09:30 daily.
