Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable admin assistant to help with the co-ordination of activities within their Home Delivery Network.
You will be responsible for controlling driver communications and workload, supporting the delivery crews whilst they are on the road. Administrating driver holidays, sickness and supporting depot administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Complete paperwork for all vehicle and personal incidents.Ensure driver’s hours, holiday, and sickness is managed on appropriate systems and reports.Adhere to company Health and Safety/Security policies and proceduresOpen and lock up the depot as and when required.Always adhere to the Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).Support all administrative duties, including, filing and yard checks.Accurate completion of reports, daily, evening and WTDProvide cover for the transport team in their absence during breaks...
