I’m currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Disrepair Supervisor to join their property services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a trade background and solid experience in disrepair works, who enjoys being out on site, managing operatives, and making sure projects are delivered to a high standard. Based from the Salford office, you’ll be covering works across Manchester and Lancashire.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in overseeing disrepair works from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to expected quality standards.
